Indian Arts and Crafts Festival 2019

Enjoy the Miccosukee Indian Arts and Crafts Festival
A week-long event for the whole family

MIAMI, FL –  Miccosukee Indian Village and Miccosukee Resort & Gaming is proud to announce its annual Indian Arts and Crafts Festival at the Miccosukee Indian Village. Join us from December 26, 2019 through January 1, 2020 for a week full of demonstrations, performances and all the crafts imaginable.

Join the Miccosukee, the indigenous people of the Everglades, as they put together the most awaited seven-day event of the year. This festival enables visitors to get a glimpse of our culture and heritage along with the different handmade arts and crafts of our Tribe and others.

Along with all the beautiful artistry, our champion dancers are coming back. Enjoy the Pow Wow-style and Ceremonial-style dancers as they tell us some sort of story or show the dances that are specific to their Tribe.

While looking through the woodwork, patchwork and beadwork of different Tribes, the Miccosukee Indian Village’s world-renowned alligator demonstrations will go on. With multiple shows throughout the day, baby gator photo opportunities and alligator encounters, it is the perfect combination of the Festival and the Village.

The Miccosukee Indian Arts and Crafts Festival is the place to be after a wonderful holiday with the family.
