The 44th Annual Miccosukee Indian Arts & Crafts Festival, A Weeklong Celebration of the Native Americas
Celebrating our roots and sharing our culture
MIAMI, FL – We are happy to host the weeklong, 44th Annual Miccosukee Indian Arts & Crafts Festival this December 26, 2018 through January 1, 2019 at the historic Miccosukee Indian Village in the heart of the beautiful Florida Everglades. Annual gatherings are part of the Native American tradition and a heritage of the communal spirit we all share as we bring together our South Florida neighbors with First Nations, Amerindian and Aboriginal members of the Americas. Enjoy authentic foods, alligator demonstrations and the Everglades on our airboat rides as well as the cultures and traditions of other tribes. Featured artists include the White Mountain Apache Crown Dancers, hoop dancer Ascencio Harjo, the Wasu Kasna Dance Troupe, the Native Pride Dancers, the Redhawk Native American Arts Council dancers and more. A wide selection of arts and crafts will be on display from vendors and artisans from across the Americas.
